JIC has a state-of-the-art facility with a capacity of 150 seats per shift, which can be upgraded to 500 seats per shift at two months' notice for handling increased volumes of work. The facility has been made according to the site specifications of IBM (India).

The facility is the best available in the market which helps us to provide the highest redundancy and sufficient backup. JIC has the highest power redundancy through UPS and generator sets, and can run up to 48 hours during extreme power tripping. However, this has never been tested as being located in the Technology Park, we have access to captive power plant erected by the government that enables uninterrupted work even during natural calamities.

The structure has been designed for integrated Internet and voice-based support. Specific areas of our facilities are demarcated, with dedicated infrastructure for providing customised service to each of our clients. Our facilities are fully equipped with separate areas demarcated for key functions - recruitment, training, operations, administration, technical and quality control.

Total Security

The facility also has well-defined fire exits and advanced fire-protection systems. The 24x7 security - ensuring total protection of clients' information - is equipped with closed-circuit security cameras that record activity from strategic locations within the centre. Access to the centre is restricted to authorized personnel of JIC only and is monitored through an access card system.
