Jayshree IT Consultants Limited is one among the oldest contact/call centre/BPO in India located at Calcutta. The company carries the legacy of the Birla’s, one of the two (the other one is the Tata’s) premier business/industrial houses of India since 19th Century. It was formed by Hon’ble Mr B K Birla, son of legendry Hon’ble Mr. G. D. Birla.

We provide support and services to the corporate, business houses, institutions etc in some of their processes and activities externally. We ask them to focus and concentrate in their core domain areas, whereas we take care of the areas allied to the core domain. To cite an example, we tell a pizza shop to ensure best of the quality pizza preparation, improvement and improvisation, where we shall take care of their sales.

We have developed skills to provide such supplementary business process assistance in some areas. They are our core domain which we shall refer later. But while doing them we follow two doctrines.

1. We let not allow us to think that we are a different business from that of our clients.

2. We bind the level of morale with the highest string.

Most of our activities are Six Sigma compliant with high Sigma level, constantly monitored by a dedicated Six Sigma team. 100% redundancy is in place in terms of all basic facilities. Facilities are green compliant. The human resources are the members of a very happy family. Technically we are on CISCO switches, Avaya Dialer & ACD, IBM workstations, HP servers.

We work with telecom, IT, utility, tour & travel, logistics, insurance, financial institutions, publications, clinics, social care etc companies from Europe, America and Australia.
